Permit leads are not a magic bullet. They do not come with a phone number attached, so you reach out by mail, in person, or through the general contractor named on the permit. But nobody else in your trade gets the list for your area, the project is real (a permit is a fee paid to the county, not a web form), and the whole area costs less than four shared leads.
