Every field is public record. Permit columns: Collier County Growth Management's monthly "Issued Building Permits" spreadsheet. Owner, mailing city, primary-home flag (homestead exemption) and county value (total just value): the Collier County Property Appraiser's published parcel file, matched by parcel number. On this public sample individual owners are shown as "Individual owner", trusts as "Family trust", and every mailing address is reduced to city and state. Only permits that matched the Appraiser's published file are used, so owners the Appraiser withholds under F.S. 119.071 never appear; if you are covered by that exemption and appear in a report, email [email protected] and you are removed within one business day. Names and mailing addresses only, never phone numbers. Collier County issues building permits for the unincorporated county, which is most of greater Naples: North Naples, Pelican Bay, Vanderbilt Beach, Golden Gate, East Naples, Immokalee and Ave Maria. The City of Naples (Old Naples, Port Royal, the Moorings and most of Park Shore), Marco Island and Everglades City run their own building departments and are not in this list.
